Respected headmaster,

I'm writing this letter to you to improve the facility in the library. There are many shortcomings here which are in need to be improved.

It was last week I was searching for a book on optical engineering. But the arrangements of the books was such that it was never found. When I contacted our librarian she, replied to me that it has been displaced. I was disappointed with this incident. Later I stayed that evening a little long in the library to prepare for the examination. But it was sad, that there were no chairs to sit on. I stood reading literature for another two hours when it was not five of sundown.

The library is meant to be a house of knowledge. Our institute is lacking to convince it true somehow. It would be nice if these shortcomings get portioned as soon as possible. Thank you, sir, for patiently reading this. I'm hoping for a quick response from your side.

Yours sincerely,

- Shipra Chandra
