Sir:

Respectfully I wish to state that I am the student of your school. I am writing to you to bring to your notice that our school urgently needs a bicycle-stand. A majority of students from the adjoining areas commute to school on bicycles. However, there is no proper provision of bicycle stand on the campus. Students just park their bicycles in the ground. Owing to this the playing space becomes reduced; the bicycles also fall and are damaged.

I on behalf of all the students who use bicycle and the inconvenience related to lack of proper stand, appeal to you to have a proper bicycle stand constructed in the school. Thanking you.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to draw your attention to the issue of no cycle stand in our school.

I want to request you to get the cycle stand made in our school so that there is no problem for us to park our cycles. In the morning it takes around 10-15 minutes for us to find the parking space for our cycles and also it is very unsafe for our cycles, they may get stolen.

I hope you consider this issue as a lot of other students are facing this problem.
