I'm a student of your school, studying in grade 11. These past few days, I haven't been keeping well. After making visits to the hospital, the doctors have advised me to take rest for sometime and stay home. Due to this, I will not be able to attend school for at least three days starting tomorrow, 2nd of April, till the 5th.
I will be back on the 6th of April. In case of any change, I will be sure to contact you and my class teacher. It would be highly appreciated if this leave is granted to me.
