Dear Sir,

I have being living in the northern street, line number 42 of Laverton suburbs. I am writing this letter to bring your kind attention to one of the serious problems that we are facing related to public transport bus number 28 and 2A. Both the buses are running from our area Laverton to Melbourne metro Station.

However, from the past few days both the bus services are being suspended from 8:30 am to 10:30 am because of some road maintenance work. Since these bus services are being stopped, daily commuters need to catch alternate Bus number 59 for commuting.While commuting on the daily basis they have to face many problems.
