Subject:- Construction of a community hall .

Respected Madam/Sir,

I am writing this letter for the purpose of getting a new community hall in our constituency and to inform you about the need for it . There is a need of a good community hall in our area , because people in our area do not have a place to get together for meetings to plan group social activities. A community hall will also provide a good place for hosting marriage functions and parties for the poor people as convention centers are charging a lot of money for hosting events such events the poor as well as middle class sections of our society is facing a lot of inconvenience . If we have a good community hall in our constituency it will help the poor sections of the society and will yield the government with revenue which can further we used for public welfare programs.

Hoping that you will be announcing the construction of the  community hall soon.
