I live in the Kaikhali area, which is under the jurisdiction of Bidhannagar Municipality. With deep concern and anguish I am having to appeal to you with a view to drawing your kind attention to the open manholes in our locality.

This matter is very dangerous and at any moment we may be witness to an accident. In spite of repeated requests to the concerned people in the municipal ward office, no action has as yet been taken. We have been living with this problem for the past six months or a little more.

I shall be much obliged if you will kindly issue suitable instructions for immediate remedial action in the matter.
