      Dear Sir,

       I am a student of your school studying in class X and I would like to          

      bring to your kind notice that the school's functioning and organizations

      are not up to the mark. As the head girl of the school, I would like to                

      make some changes to create a better future for the school and also

      provide a better vision.

     Here are some points which you can view to improve the school :

    ⇒ First form a core group to identify the weak areas.

   ⇒ Second, try to brainstorm and get suggestions for improvement.

   ⇒ Third, involve some teachers in your decision making.

   ⇒ Then mobilise the senior students to work with you.

  ⇒ You can take up the following causes-

  ⇒ Cleanliness- especially in the classrooms and near canteen area.

  ⇒ Uniform monitoring.

 

  ⇒ Tree plantation in the school premises.

  ⇒ Blood donation camp for parents and visitors.

  ⇒ Theme based morning assemblies.

 ⇒  Leadership development camps for middle school children.

     Here were my views to improve the school. Also I am sure that you will  

     come up with your own ideas for sure.
