Dear Sir,

I am sorry to bring to your kind notice that my son ____________ (Name), a student of ____________ (Class) is being bullied by some of the elderly and senior students. The other day he came home late and sulking and would not talk or eat. He did not tell me what had happened, but I saw that he had received bruises and cuts on his face and legs. His school uniform was badly soiled and torn. It clearly suggests that he is being bullied and beaten.

He was not willing to come to school the next day. It was after much consoling and persuasion that he could come to the school. I know my son is very docile and submissive and would never pick up a quarrel. He has been feeling very nervous and sad these days, and it is a matter of great concern for all of us here.

I would, therefore, very much like that the matter is thoroughly looked into and the offending students warned and punished so that no such incident may occur in future. If need be I may come and see you personally in this regard.

Yours sincerely,

(Your Name)
