Subject : A request to change the timings of online practical classes due to other prior engagements.

Dear Sir/Ma'am

I , am Aditya Sarkar studying in class 12 E, roll number 05 .

Due to not having a personal device to attend online classes, I mostly attend then on my father's mobile . However the new online practical classes are scheduled on weekends at 10:30 am to 12:30 pm . At that time my father has some important work to do on his phone . Due to that, I'm unable to attend the practical classes regularly . My work is lagging behind and it is becoming difficult for me to keep up . Having online practical classes on weekends at such an odd time is quite impractical ironically. It's not only me , but most of the students in my section are facing the same problem . Everyone has tutions or some other engagements at that time . It has been more than a month since we are facing this inconvenience. Asking the teachers repeatedly to change slots hasn't been much fruitful. What's the point of conducting classes at that time if only a handful attends it ?! Taking everyone's opinions in regard I am requesting you to kindly look into the matter and shift the classes to some other time . We all are fine with anytime in the evening. The classes can also be shifted to weekdays if needed .

Respected Sir,

Sir I am ABC of your school. I studies in grade 9 C. During the pandemic we are totally depended on online class. We have only one mobile in our family. Due to it I face ,any problem. At morning till 8-10 am my father goes to his office and he come at afternoon. Due to it I am not able to do my classes. Also, sometimes he arrive early but the network didn't work properly and battery gets discharged. So, I request you to change the timing of online class.

I will be helpful to you if you may change the classes timing
