I purchased a Samsung Galaxy J Prime phone from Samsung Showroom situated at Model Town on May 17, 2018. The phone has developed technical faults. Its backside gets exceedingly heated while using it.

Quite often its touch also starts giving trouble. And at times it gets hung up. It is still in the warranty period. I am attaching the invoice details with the letter. Kindly fix the faults in the phone or replace it. Looking forward to hearing from you.

I am writing to inform you about the faulty mobile laptop that I have purchased in your store. I am a regular customer of your company. On the 30th of May, I bought a brand new XYZ-N03 laptop. However, upon one week of using it, several problems started to appear.

The flash of the camera is not working properly. When I try to write a text message, the system either crashes or switches into Chinese and does not recognize the words. Also, I am getting a lot of heating issues, even after using the set for only 10 minutes, it starts getting heated up.
