But as he is not available now , so it has been a big problem for me to capture my second languge. Also that since these two years my results are going down as my marks in hindi are constantly decreasing.

Even I am lacking teachers in this subject.

FORMAL LETTER

Sender's Address, (in 3 lines)

Date :-

The Principal,

XYZ School, (Your school name)

ABC City (Your school city)

Subject :- Permission to change my second language.

Sir/Ma'am,

I am Diksha Verma, a student of class IX-B of your school. My admission no. is 1076.

In the beginning of this session 2020-2021, we were asked to make a choice between French and Sanskrit for our second language option. I chose Sanskrit as I wanted to study it but after some classes I realized that I am not able to understand it completely. Also, the online classes are going on due to the pandemic and it is becoming quite difficult for me to catch up with the language.

Before, it gets too late, I am writing to you today regarding the matter. It is a humble request to change my second language to French so that I can start having my French classes online.

I hope my request will be considered. I will be really thankful to you.

Yours sincerely,

Diksha Verma,

IX-B

Note :- Kindly change the name/class/admission no. accordingly.
