Dear sister,
I am doing well here, hope everything is fine with u there. Got to know that u are done with ur exams. I am just writing this letter to let u know the disadvantages of watching television.
Watching television for entertainment is fine and not an issue , but watching television for excessive time can cause strain on ur eye. The radiations that come from the television screen and which are recieved by the eye effect the eye system and nervous system causing eye redness , head ache and sight in eyes. Watching TV for long hours effects our concentration power as our brain gets influenced on the things seen on TV and has the impression for longer time. Specially for growing children like us , watching TV for long time is not suggestible.
Just wanted to tell u these effects. Try to follow this . Convey my wishes to aunt and uncle. And my hello to brother. Stay home, stay safe.
