Sir\mam it is afact the student hardly do any activities. barring some players or athelets all other remain in mental activities. How can there be a sound mind in a week body. So i requested to introduced yoga in each and every classses

yoga certainely make our body sound from without or with within. one period reverse for yogic exercises will certainely create body sense in the students.
