I hope this letter finds you in vibrant health and upbeat spirits. I wish you a GREAT HAPPY TEACHERS DAY. You have been my most favourite teacher. You always inspired and motivated me. Your deep subject knowledge along with your wonderful teaching skills makes the subject easy. Apart from being a great teacher, you are an exceptional human being. You always taught me life-transforming values such as facing fears, perseverance, concentration, staying away from distractions, and the right attitude. I have benefitted a lot from your teachings. Not only have I achieved success in all areas of my life, I have also developed enough peace in my heart. Teachers’ Day is the best time to thank you for all your teachings and guidance. Thanks for being there and helping me become what I am May God bless you with a long, healthy, and prosperous life.

"Dear mam,
I hope you remember me. You were my class teacher in 8th, 9th, and 10th which were the best days of my life.
I remember myself as an irresponsible kid back then who had no aspirations or goals for the future. I hated you when I met you for the first time. You punished me for coming late to the class which was a shock to me as I was always late to class and till then no teachers had made comments on that.
You always used to pick on me for answers. It took me sometime to realize that you were trying to bring out the best in me as unknowingly, due to fear, I was early to classes, I tried to complete my homework on time and started concentrating on my studies too.
My parents were surprised due to my change in behaviour. I started respecting others, and most importantly became a disciplined student, only because of you.
I remember our arguments back then which made me compassionate to understand different points of view. You were always patient with me, who took time in listening to all my complaints. And slowly, I realised that you have guided me in everything. I have achieved success in my life only due to you. You have also made me a good human being.
