I have just shifted to this apartment in this building and i am facing some problems related to some important issues even though you had promised me to resolve those ..

The ceiling is has soo many cracks on it as if it will fall any time .. the water is impure and  dusty . i cant even bathe properly. the water has a very bad smell and the water purifier is leaking . i had told you to send a plumber for that .. there are too many insects i a finding everyday . thats all i had to share

i hope you willl resolve these problems in a week or two .
