Dear Mom,
I have just received your letter. I'm glad to know that you are all well by the grace of God. So you have wanted to know if I have adjusted properly at this boarding school.
Don't worry Mom. Everything's fine here. I have joined just one week before, but all the staffs, room mates, teachers are very friendly asif I'm here since many past years. And the room I got here is too nice. And my room mate has become my very dearest friend. The teachers of our class are very efficient. Our Physics teacher is very friendly to us and his teaching style has inspired me a lot. Now only I'm focusing on my board exams. I hope I will do it well.
Okay Mom, it's the time of my class. No more now. Hope to get your reply soon.
Yours loving,
Trisha

Joining is to join two or more sentences to form them into a single sentence. The single sentence may be simple, complex or compound.
Infinitives are formed as "To" before any verb.
Joining using infinitives forms a simple sentence. A simple sentence contains with only one finite verb or one clause.
While joining two sentences by infinitives we have to omit one finite verb to make it simple sentence. The omission of the finite verb makes the verb non-finite verb (Here, infinitive).
