Subject: Hardships faced by local train commuters
Sir,
I am writing this letter on behalf of the passenger of the local trains who commute between Khandala and Pune. The hardships faced by us are innumerable. First and foremost is the unfailing irregularity and punctuality of the trains. There are frequent delays, especially in the evenings when office-goers are returning homes.
Besides this there are crowds of holiday-makers that enjoy being nasty to regular commuters and sing vulgar songs that can be but irritating to the already tired commuters. The overcrowding of trains is the least of our hardships. Will the railway authorities be kind enough to do something to alleviate our misery?
Yours faithfully,
XYZ
