Erythrocytes are red blood cells that travel in the blood. The features of being red, round,and like rubber give them the ability to complete their spefic functions .

Answer:

Erthrocytes are nothing but red blood cells. They are present in the blood and their main pigment is haemoglobin. Haemoglobin imparts colour to the blood and also transports oxygen and carbon dioxide to and fro of the tissues. RBC is biconcave in shape.
