Food preservation is a process of treating and handling food that prevents or greatly reduces the process of degradation (quality, food or lack of nutritional value), which is caused by or made by micro-organisms. is. However, in some ways,  bacteria, such as yeast or fungi, are used so that special properties can be increased and preserved food (for example, cottage cheese and alcohol). Creating and maintaining nutritious value, structure and taste is important for preserving its properties in the form of food. It is culturally dependent because it is suitable for people of a culture, it can not be for people of other cultures.
