The tendons are formed of strong and nonelastic tissue. They join the vocabulary muscles to the ends of long bones. It has white fibres formed of collagen proteins. The fibres are long and occur parallel in bundles.
The white fibrous tissue at the end of skeletal muscles attaches muscles
to the bones.
