Banda Singh Bahadur conquest the Samana Mughal city by defeating Wazir khan in the year 1709.

That was time, the Samana city was making coins or money and after having control of the city and the Sikh eventually become financially stable.

The battle was known as the battle of Samana and in this battle, the Sikhs killed around 10,000 Mohammedans.
