Curricular activities:


The activities which are the part of the curriculum of the subject of study is called curricular activities.


This is day to day attending the classes and lectures of the teachers and appearing in examinations and tests on the subjects of study.


Co-curricular Activities:


These are the activities arranged by the academy or college which are not included as a part of the curriculum but are important as well essential part of the life of a student.


Co-curricular activities comprise sports, school bands, student newspaper, circulation of magazines etc.


They may also be classed as ‘Extracurricular’ i.e. activities carried on outside of the regular course of studio curricular activities are mainly organized after school hours.


Co-curricular activities are practiced to enhance the academic learning as well as other activities both indoor and outdoor of the classroom for personality development of the child”-
