French Revolution:-

The French society was divided into three estates- the first estate consists of the clergy, the second estate consisted of nobility and the third estate consisted of the common people. When Louis XVI ascended The Throne he founded an Empty treasure. He wanted to raise the taxes to meet the expenses and increase the income of the government. On 5th May 1789 Louis XVI called together an assembly of the three estates to pass proposals for taxes.On 14 July 1789 and agitated crowd stormed and destroyed the best style of reason outside the city freeing all its Prisoners .
