Song of the rain is a poem in which Karl Gibhran has beautifully described the journey of rain. The water evaporates from the sea because of which it takes a deep breath of sorrow. Then it reaches and contaminate in the form of cloud and becomes a part of cloud as well as heaven also. At the time of its departure, during precipitation because of its close relation with heaven, heaven cries and is indicated by the cry of sorrow. The rain is said to be divine as it quenches the thirst of the fields, adorns the nature and embellishes it's valleys. As the name is the Song of the poem, the poet had described the rains journey by using very effective tones and sounds. The arrival of rain is done by thundering and a welcoming song by touching gently the windows but only sensitive understand that pleasant sound.
