This notice to all the people of the locality to keep a clean and pollution-free environment by which birds and animals live a comfortable life. Don't pollute the surroundings. Don't throw plastics anywhere. If anybody found polluting surrounding will have to charge.So plz be serious .Keep water in a cup or bowl for birds.
