Dear Sir,
        This is to inform you that yesterday! I forgot to take my cell phone home from office. When I arrived in office this morning, I found that my cellphone was not in it's place. Meaning ("Missing"). I would like to inform Admin Department. To please look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.
