Subject: compulsion of wearing seat belt while driving a car​.

It is to inform all the people that it is compulsary to wear seat belt while driving a car. As many people ignore this by saying its a small thing. But many accidents happens due to not wearing seat belts. Wearing seat belt will prevent you to get crashed with front glass of car. So injuries will be less. The people who won't obey rule will be punished.

Wearing seat belt is compulsory for all.

Recently many people passed away in many accidents. It was found that they were out of their car. The main cause for it is not wearing seat belt. Many people do not obey. Seat belts are attached in cars for driver and passenger's safety only. So from now all have to wear seat belt. If anyone will be caught, then they have to give their car for 3 months to Police with Rs.8000 cash as punishment.
