I am writing only the body.

This is to notify you all that out school have decided to have a volleyball match. The match is between the four houses and all who are interested are required to give their names to the house moderator by 11th April. The match will be held in the school campus on 20th April. The winning team will be given trophy. Any other problem please contact the undersigned.
