THE SCHOOL CLEAN
It has been observed that students are not keeping the campus clean. By the
break time classes and canteen area are littered with torn pages, used pens,
wrappers and leftovers of eatables. All the students are appealed to keep the
school campus spic and span. The school authorities have decided to take strict
actions against the defaulters. Henceforth, any student found littering the
school shall be penalized. This new directive is in force with immediate
effect. For any clarification you may contact the undersigned.

It has come to the notice of the school management that the canteen and school corridors are being dirtied by students apart from the outdoor campus. Every day, the sweepers complain about a lot of papers, wrappers and many eatables scattered all over the place.
We, the Cleanliness Committee would like to remind you to make use of the dustbins provided in your classrooms, libraries, laboratories, canteens and even at specific points in the corridors. These have been kept to help us to keep these places clean and avoid dirtying them.
We have installed CCTVs at various points of the campus to keep a check on the defaulters. These people will be presented before the management and will have to pay a fine of Rs.500/- each time. If the same person is found to be responsible for contributing towards creating a mess more than three times, he/she will be suspended from the school for a week. He/she will then be allowed to enter the classroom only after meeting the Principal with a parent. This will be implemented with immediate effect.
