Solution:

Integer is a number which doesn't contain fractional component .

For example :

          23 is an integer

        -320 is an integer

while 23.8 and -43.78 are  not  integers.

The pair of Integers can be   - 1 and -2

as sum of -1  and -2  =  -3 which is smaller than both -1 and -2

Answer:

-1 and -7 are a pair of integers whose sum gives an integer smaller than both the integers.

That is,

-1 + (-7)

= -1-7

= -8( we know, in case of negative integers, the bigger the number, the smaller is its value, i.e., -8<-7<-1)

Similarly, sum of any negative integer will give the value less than both the integers.
