In the atmosphere, there are concentric layers of air. ... On the basis of the characteristics of temperature and air pressure there exist four thermal layers of the atmosphere. They are Troposphere, Stratosphere, Mesosphere, and Thermosphere. The Thermosphere is divided into Ionosphere and Exosphere.
