films and even reality shows. Thus, we spend a lot of time on Tv. We neglect our studies
A recent study has shown how the number of TV watchers has increased by 25% during the
last five years. The reading habits of youngsters have been badly affected and have de
clined by about 159%.
What is the solution then ? We must strike a balance between watching the TV programmes
and other activities. We should watch TV when we are free. We should watch only those
programmes which are both entertaining and educative. We should give priority to our
studies. And in no case should we ignore games and other outside activities. Life is not only
for watching TV. It is much more.
