There is a famous saying by lord Krishna, "If u want to destroy yourself then keep anger as your aim and on your nose".Truly it's correct .Anger is the best medicine to destroy ourselves and get our relationship weaker with others. If anybody asks me that what I'd the worst thing in the whole universe then I would say confidently "ANGER".There are some insects which weaken the woods of the house and get them damaged which cannot be repaired ,likewise anger is that insect of our body which destroy ourselves from the interior of our body .So why to keep.such a dangerous insect let's drive it out. Let us take an oath and drive out anger from our body and keep ourselves free from all kinds of mental and physical problems.
