Our life is flooded with electronic devices. Machines, gadgets, vehicles, smart-phones, tabs, laptops, ac, blower, geyser, and whatnot, man cannot live for a second without technology. However, the electronic device that is being used the most is smart-phone. It is in almost in every individual’s hand. It is with man like his shadow. Smart-phones have evolved into one-in-all device. Besides calling and texting, one can do almost anything through phone. One can click high-resolution photographs, make videos, browse internet, send audio, video, text, pictures, do payments, control one’s finances and bank accounts, transfer money, do e-mails, control CCTV cameras at home and offices. Technology has packed the entire world into this device. It is almost impossible to live without smart-phone. Similarly, there are many other devices too that have become quite indispensable in man’s life. Man must use these gadgets as he uses other things for example, stove, shoes, water-tap, house, car, pen, bed, etc. He uses them only when they are required—not almost all the time. Overuse of electronic gadgets, such as smart phone, computer, TV, etc. are killing his time and affecting his health adversely. They don’t let him use his other faculties. He must wean himself off these gadgets before it is too late!
