Is it good or bad.

Yeah it's good, only if the partner is gud and trustworthy. But in major cases it's a problem. In a relationship both need to be truthful and honest. But in social media relationship it's difficult to understand whether the person is really truthful or not. As they may be in some corner of the world and we may be somewhere else. It needn't be true. And especially in some ages they fall in love which will be just a time pass or call it passing fantasy. And for the other partner it may be truthful. But bcoz of the other person cheating they also get into trouble. I don't day completely it's gud or bad. It has its own merits and demerits. Just be positive and if ur wishing to get into a social media relationship, get into someone whom u can really believe and truthful.
