Himachal Pradesh is a beautiful , amazing place.

Expect to see a lot of temples.........a LOT of them .

Baijnath , Chamunda Devi , Chintpurani , Baba Balaknath temple are a few

Being a hilly region, the weather is pleasant most of the year.......extrema in winters at some places. Loads and loads of greenery.

There are a lot of places to travel to - the most famous ones being Shimla, Manali , Dalhousie , Dharamshala etc.

There are other not so famous , yet interesting places to see-

- Bir in Baijnath - Hosts Paragliding competitions and a beautiful place too

- Pong dam - has islands with temples , that remain submerged during the rainy season . Millions of birds to watch

and so much more

There are some things about Himachal which one may not like -

- the roads are very narrow and dangerous to drive in

- only traces of the consumerist culture of the cities......but that is exactly the beauty of the place

Life in the hills is a slow, serene amazing life.

Everyone should visit at least once ! :)

ʙᴇ ʏᴏᴜʀs..............^_^
