Today the sky is blue,
The trees are green,
And there is a soft breeze.
I whispered to myself,
Not really knowing
How the outside felt.❤️❤️❤️
It’s been awhile since I’ve felt the sun shower me with warmth,
Since I’ve smelled the bark of a tree-
This old fan that stands in the corner
Is the only breeze
That gets to me.
I have four walls,❤️❤️❤️
And I know this is where I belong-
With the rest of the items in the room.
I am no greater than the bed;
Much like the dressers
That were once filled,
I am left empty,
Doors sealed.❤️❤️❤️
To the right of the bed, next to the fan,
Once a beautiful, strong chair stood.
Legs on the ground,
You could tell it was proud.
Night and day
It would take its place.
Stand strong,
Even when it was wronged.
Used again- thrown back to its place.
The legs begin
To crack and shake.
Still, this chair had no fear.
It stayed strong,
Shed no tear.❤️❤️❤️
Here he comes again.
He kicks the chair and has a fit.
Questions, ‘what is this chair’s ability at all?
What good is a chair that is so small?’
The chair should feel so lucky to have a place,
There’re a million chairs that could take its place!
Stand in the corner,
Or in the garbage you’ll be placed!
With its last will to be strong,
The chair scooted forward- that was wrong.
With all his anger, and a mighty kick,
That’s the day the chair
Finally quit.❤️❤️❤️
On the floor, with no legs to stand,
The days go by,
And light is dead.
In the room,
The walls are grey,
Until the curtain tears and suddenly,
A light appears one day.
A reminder that,❤️❤️❤️
Even in the darkest rooms,
God will always find a way to shine his light through.
A gentle whisper comes out to say:
‘Today, the sky is blue,
The trees are green,
And there is a soft breeze.
And I know that I have the strength in me.

Hey There! This is Your Required Answer ↓↓↓

I am worn out and broken.  My color has faded away.
People looked at me and I have led them to believe
I was invincible, I'd never lose the fight.
But now I lay here in pieces,
Musing over past, present, and future,
That will never come. Never used for sitting, only pain.
Never staying in one place.  Always scattered about
Touching flesh and not clothed cheeks, wiping the warm blood clean.
With nothing but my broken legs to cover what I've seen.

I was never simply a resting place for them,
A place to muse or think.  I was their weapon.
Constant Bickering and Violence Unleashed, I was thrown.
Tossed across the room.  Never put down until
Blood shed.  But she had gone too far this night and left him there,
Bleeding, Lifeless. Tossing me once more as she
Fled the room.  Lying on the ground, legs broken from the crash
I made into the wall, my final fall before I stayed there,
Next to the man she killed. I lay motionless, much like him.

PLEASE MARK ME BRAINLIEST✌✌✌
