I like to prepare chocolate cake

• take a bowl pour egg , oil , vanilla extracts & milk
• pour boiling hot water and whisk untill all the water is absorbed by the batter
• pour this to the cake pan
• bake at 175 C for 28 to 30 min or untill the tester inserted comes out clean
• cool the cake in the pan on a wire rack for 10 min
