Write a program to enter a number and check if it is a neon number or not.

OmkarT: what is meaning of neon ?

gluco: a neon mumber is one whose sum of digits of square is equal to the the number itself. eg-9.

gluco: The square of 9 is 81. Now if we add the the digits of square,i.e,8+1 the answer is 9 that is the number itself. Hence 9 is considered a neon number.
