The proposal given below is according to the ISC class 11th and 12th pattern:

PROPOSAL FOR SETTING UP A DEBATING AND ELOCUTION CLUB

Introduction: to enhance the speaking skills of students and two increase their self confidence we propose to set up a debating and elocution club

Objectives:

1. To motivate critical thinking about primary or social issues around the students
2. to encourage the opportunities for leadership and group participation activities

List of measures:

1. The activity hall would be provided for conducting the activities
2. the English teachers would be the incharge of the events
3. Students would be informed through announcement in the Morning assembly
4. Funds to be provided by the School.

We hope that our proposal will be accepted at the earliest so that the debating and elocution club be established successfully
