 - 2 \div 3 =  - 2 \times 5 \div 3 \times 5 =  - 10 \div 15 \\  - 1 \div 3  =  - 1 \times 3 \div 5 \times 3 =  - 3 \div 15 \\  \\  \\ therefore \: one \: rationl \: number \: between \:  - 2  \div  3 \: and - 3 \div 15 = 9 \div 15
