Floods are one of the most destructive natural calamity which not just destroy the natural resources but also harm the lives too. It was in August 2017 that due to unusually heavy rainfall many of the states of Bengal came under the havoc destruction of the flood. The roads, buildings and the other man-made structures also fall prey to this calamity. When it occurred in Bengal it left every one stand aghast. Many people died, some lost their families, and some disappeared. The flood has caused a lot of destruction in the whole state. Government and NGOs send their survival aids to the people who helped them in coming out of this situation. People all over the country and abroad gave their contribution to help the people in need.
