Respected sir,
Our company is facing major problem regarding sales this year. Previously we were the only company that reached the milestone which had not even reached by any other firm in this short period of time, but now we are facing huge set back which i believe is due to some of our policies regarding employees.
We are losing our employees due to lack of interest and financial issues. we need to revised our policies regarding employees and introduce some incentive scheme.
i have a some information which i would like to share with you regarding incentive program. We should introduce a scheme that should attract our employees to meet the target of our company. Regarding this i have a plan that if we introduce a grade system in our employees according to their efficiency than we can make them do work more keenly and improve their loyalty.
