Answer:
Two cyclists set out on a hilly race. One of them sprints off, going up the first hill as fast as he can. The other cyclist sets off at a steady pace and watches as the other racer disappears over the crest of the first hill.
The slower cyclist carries on, stopping for a coffee and a cake, along the way to top up his energy before setting off again with freshly filled water bottles from the café.
A short while later he's happily pedalling up the final hill when he sees a coughing, sweating wreck of a cyclist lying by the side of the road just a few feet from the finish line.
"Whatever happened to you?" the slow cyclists asks.
Through his wheezing, the faster cyclist explains how he exhausted himself, heading off too quickly. His water bottles are empty leaving him too thirsty to swallow, his stomach rumbling with hunger.
The slow cyclist kindly handed the sweating heap at the roadside a full water bottle and a piece of cake from his jersey he had been saving for later and slowly continued on, lungs full of air, to the finish to collect his first prize.

Explanation
This is a story of a chef who was cooking in a big kitchen in a competition with 3 more chefs. They had to make food for 19 people each. Rajesh was one of them. When the time started all the chefs ran towards their counters. All started thinking what should they cook which takes less time so that they could complete their cooking within the time limit provided to them. All of them chose what they wanted to cook but Rajesh was troubling with the ingredients and have taken a difficult ingredient and started cooking but he was very slow. All the chefs were making fun of him but he did n't care and didn't stop cooking but slow so that the flavours of his food will not be bad. All other chefs were very fast and prepared the food within the time limit but Rajesh was only able to provide food for 15 people. All the judges tasted the dishes and announced Rajesh as the winner of the competition. All the other chefs shocked and judges told Rajesh that the flavours of the food was nice and just told him to increase the speed of cooking only.
