the full name of Mahatma Gandhi is Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi . He was a great freedom fighter who led India as a leader of the nationalism against British rule . He was born on 2nd of October in 1869 in Porbandar , Gujarat , India. Gandhi led India to independence and inspired movements for civil rights and freedom across the world . He died on 30th of January 1948.
