flood is the biggest digester for country.These day the area which is affected by the flood is the capital of Bihar is Patna. Government say they do proper prepration but when the flood comes all the preparations are fail. A lots of people affected, they live their home and go for a safe place but some people are on the top floor of the houses not only that hospitals are also affected with this. A hundred of people dead due to flood.Those people stay at their houses they wait for food , government provide meal like breads and biscuits to the people.
