DIRECT ACTION DAY : The Direct action day was declared by Muslim league on 16 August 1946. This is because the dissatisfaction from the Congress as it didn't fulfilled the desires of muslim league. Then Muslim league decided that their demands cannot met through discussions. So they called for direct action where the riots attacks started in Northern India. Because of this riots many people were killed.


MAY FOURTH MOVEMENT : This movement was started by Chinese. This was started against the treaty of versallies as the China didn't get the territories from Japan though it was an ally power. To protest against them all the Chinese demonstrated a movement against Versallies peace Conference on May fourth 1919 so it is called as May fourth Movement.


NEW DEAL : New deal was a policy started by Franklin Roosevelt , the president of USA during the Great Depression. This deal contain the three Rs principle. The three Rs stands for :;
》 Relief to the victims of Depression .

》Reform of financial institutions

》steps to ensure economic recovery.



PAN AFRICANISM : Pan Africanism is an Idea which promotes the unity of all African people irrespective of country or tribe. This unity would not only help to fight against colonisation and racial discrimination but also to build unity among the tribes and community based on principles of Equality etc..
