Answer:Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam was indeed a true legend for all the youth of the country. Through his entire life, profession, work and writing, he has always inspired the new generation. He is still present in our hearts as Missile Man and President of the people. He was a great scientist and aeronautical engineer who was very closely involved with India’s missile programs. He later rendered his valuable service to the country as the 11th President of the country from 2002 to 2007. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam’s full name was Avul Pakir Zainullabdin Abdul Kalam.Kalam was born on 15 October 1931 in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu and died on 27 July 2015 in Shillong, Meghalaya. After graduating from Madras Institute of Technology, he joined the Defense Research and Development Organization. Abdul Kalam worked under the leadership of a great space scientist Vikram Ambalal Sarabhai (father of India’s space programs). Later in 1969, Kalam became the project director of India’s first indigenous satellite missile, the SLV-III.
