Answer:

Harvesting is the process of gathering a ripe crop from the fields. Reaping is the cutting of grain or pulse for harvest, typically using a scythe, sickle, or reaper. On smaller farms with minimal mechanization, harvesting is the most labor-intensive activity of the growing season.

Sure, here is the answer:

The process of cutting and gathering of the ripened crop is called harvesting. In India, most of the harvesting is done manually and sickle is the only tool that is used for this purpose. The sickles are of two types, namely, plain and saw-shaped (serrated). The serrated sickles are used for cutting paddy and wheat crops. After cutting, the crop is gathered in one place and is allowed to dry in the sun for a few days.

The harvested crop is then threshed to separate the grain from its outer covering called chaff.

This is all I know... Hope it helps!
