2. low literacy and awareness.
3. Limited competition.

1. Limited information; consumers have limited information about their right and duties therefore they get exploited by producer.

2. low literacy and awareness; the lack of knowledge about the quality or prices of various products or literacy causes exploitation of consumer.

3. Limited competition; markets do not work in a fair manner when producers are few and Powerful and consumer scattered and purchase less.
